It started with a little jar of flour and water on the kitchen counter โ a wild yeast starter we'd learn to nurture, name, and eventually love. What began as a weekend hobby quickly became a calling.
Today, every loaf that leaves our home kitchen is made with the same care as that very first bake. We keep things simple โ quality ingredients, no unnecessary additives, and we never rush the fermentation process.
