Born from Passion,

It started with a little jar of flour and water on the kitchen counter โ a wild yeast starter we'd learn to nurture, name, and eventually love. What began as a weekend hobby quickly became a calling.
Today, every loaf that leaves our home kitchen is made with the same care as that very first bake. We work with local mills, source organic ingredients whenever possible, and never rush the fermentation process.
